ViralizeAI (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is an Android application that helps you turn videos into short-form content with AI-assisted captions, editing effects, and sharing tools.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your choices. By using ViralizeAI, you agree to this policy.
2.1 Content you provide
Videos and audio you select from your device for processing, editing, transcription, and export.
Imported music files you optionally choose from your device for beat sync.
Edits you make to AI-generated titles, captions, and descriptions within the app.
2.2 Automatically collected information
Anonymous Firebase user ID — the app signs you in anonymously to use cloud features; we do not require your name, email, or phone number.
Device and app diagnostics — crash reports, performance data, and technical logs via Firebase (including Crashlytics where enabled).
Usage data — feature usage and analytics events via Firebase Analytics where enabled.
Advertising data — Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data to show ads to free users.
Purchase status — subscription and in-app purchase state via Google Play Billing (we do not receive your payment card details).
App integrity signals — Firebase App Check (e.g. Play Integrity) to protect backend services from abuse.
2.3 Locally stored data
Export limits and app preferences (e.g. daily export count) stored on your device using Android DataStore.
Temporary cached video, audio, and rendered files in app storage until deleted or cleared.
We use collected information to:
Process videos (captions, effects, rendering, optional background music).
Provide AI features (transcription, content suggestions, virality analysis).
Operate cloud processing when you use online features.
Show ads to non‑Pro users and manage Pro subscriptions.
Improve stability, security, and app performance.
Enforce usage limits for free-tier exports.
We do not sell your personal information.
When cloud features are enabled, your video (and extracted audio) may be uploaded to Google Firebase Storage and processed by Firebase Cloud Functions (e.g. speech-to-text, AI content generation). Processing may involve Google Cloud / Vertex AI (Gemini) and Google Speech-to-Text.
Project metadata (such as captions and processing status) may be stored in Cloud Firestore linked to your anonymous user ID.
You can use some features with on-device processing when cloud services are unavailable; in that case less data is sent to our servers.

Let you pick videos from your gallery
The app does not request camera or microphone permissions directly; audio is extracted from videos you select.
We rely on these providers, each with their own privacy policies:

Sharing to TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube uses those platforms’ apps and is governed by their policies.
On your device: cache files remain until you clear app data, uninstall, or the app removes temporary files.
In the cloud: uploaded media and project data are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and maintain reasonable backups, then deleted or anonymized according to Firebase project settings.
Analytics and logs: retained per Google’s default retention periods.
You may request deletion of cloud data associated with your anonymous account by contacting us (see Section 12).
ViralizeAI is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the app, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, Firebase security rules, App Check, and access controls on cloud functions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your data may be processed in countries where Google and its subprocessors operate (including the United States). By using the app, you consent to such transfers subject to applicable safeguards.
Depending on your location (including GDPR and KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.

ViralizeAI (“biz”, “uygulama”), videolarınızı yapay zekâ destekli altyazılar, düzenleme efektleri ve paylaşım araçlarıyla kısa videolara dönüştürmenize yardımcı olan bir Android uygulamasıdır.
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, hangi bilgilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve seçeneklerinizi açıklar. ViralizeAI’ı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
2.1 Sizin sağladığınız içerik
Cihazınızdan seçtiğiniz video ve ses dosyaları (işleme, düzenleme, transkripsiyon, dışa aktarma).
İsteğe bağlı olarak beat senkronu için cihazınızdan içe aktardığınız müzik.
Uygulama içinde yaptığınız başlık, altyazı ve açıklama düzenlemeleri.
2.2 Otomatik tolanan bilgiler
Anonim Firebase kullanıcı kimliği — bulut özellikleri için anonim oturum açılır; ad, e-posta veya telefon istenmez.
Cihaz ve tanılama verileri — çökme raporları ve teknik loglar (Firebase / Crashlytics).
Kullanım verileri — Firebase Analytics etkinse özellik kullanımı.
Reklam verileri — ücretsiz kullanıcılar için Google AdMob tanımlayıcıları ve reklam etkileşimleri.
Satın alma durumu — Google Play Billing ile abonelik bilgisi (kart bilgisi tarafımıza iletilmez).
Uygulama bütünlüğü — Firebase App Check (Play Integrity) ile kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi.

Galeriden video seçimi
Uygulama doğrudan kamera veya mikrofon izni istemez; ses, seçtiğiniz videolardan çıkarılır.
Google Firebase, AdMob, Google Play, ML Kit ve telifsiz müzik sağlayıcıları (ör. Mixkit) kullanılır. TikTok, Instagram veya YouTube paylaşımları ilgili platformların politikalarına tabidir.
Cihazda: önbellek, uygulama verisi silinene veya uygulama kaldırılana kadar.
Bulutta: yüklenen medya ve proje verileri hizmet için gerekli süre boyunca tutulur, ardından silinir veya anonimleştirilir.
Analitik ve loglar: Google’ın varsayılan saklama sürelerine tabidir.
Anonim hesabınıza bağlı bulut verilerinin silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz (Bölüm 13).
ViralizeAI 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir. Bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamıyoruz.
